The aim of the Fair Play programme is to promote ethics in business. Following clearly defined objectives, every year since the initiative came to light, NEXLER is awarded by an independent jury that after completing a detailed audit of the company's operations at its registered office, decides whether the applicant complies with the requirements for obtaining a Fair Play status.

Based on the PMI - Payment Morality Index, a team of experts set up to analyse these issues awarded NEXLER Golden Payer Certificate which helps to identify reliable companies that settle their payments in a timely manner. This title proves that NEXLER makes every effort to maintain efficient cooperation with our partners and contractors.

Moreover the jury of Construction Company of the Year awarded Paweł Ziembiński, the CEO of our company. He was named Personality of the industry along with other, notable experts. This special award was granted for the first time in 2014.

In 2003 NEXLER Sp. z o. o. obtained the Quality Management System Certificate for compliance with ISO 9001: 2015. In 2013, NEXLER Sp. o. o joined Atlas Group in the process of certification. Thus, there was a change of certifying body to DQS Poland Sp. o. o. ISO 9001 is an international standard related to quality management system. It facilitates the organization to become a customer-focused organization and it ensures sustained customer satisfaction by producing, delivering services and providing support functions that meet customer's needs and expectations. The certificate is a natural consequence of the highest quality of our products and services.

Since 2015 a certification body DQS Polska Sp. z o. o. confirms conformity with applicable standards. By implementing ISO 14001 NEXLER has voluntarily committed itself to evaluate, manage and improve its environmental performance. All employees are aware of their direct and indirect impact on the environment. The Management Board is committed to continuous improvement of pro-environmental actions, pollution prevention and the integration of environmental issues. We meet the applicable legal requirements and other environmental requirements associated for the company.
